- All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
- Orders will usually arrive between 3 and 5 working days after placing your order. Standard deliveries within the UK are made by Parcel2Go or Royal Mail and delivered between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays.

Returns
Returns Policy:
- We're sure you'll love our tea, but if you're not happy for any reason, simply return the item(s) within 30 days of ordering and we'll exchange or refund it.
- Once we have received your returned item(s) we will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order. Please allow 14 days for the refund to show in your account.
